Morgan Waterfront Marina, are EPA licenced and approved for fitting of Grey water systems give us a call as we have extensive information on all systems that are EPA approved. 

Options are self floating pontoon to be fitted underneath Houseboats, as well as two sytems available which are a personal choice to fit and suit your Houseboat.

We offer superb houseboat slipping and maintenance services for the construction of new houseboats, or the maintenance of existing boats of all sizes and hull shapes.

Our spacious facility, complete with heavy lift Excavator, slipping cradles, and level open work areas ensure uncluttered access.

A Crane is available upon request and is located with direct access to Slipway.

We also use local Businesses for Motor repairs, replacing and servicing.

Launcing of new Houseboats is also available and very easy.

Extensive work can be carried out with the Dry Dock facility.
