Terms and Conditions

• Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and hold a Full Current Drivers license

• Number of persons on board must not exceed 12 (by Maritime Regulations)

• Boarding time is at 2.00pm, and terminating 10.00am SHARP unless other prior arrangement made, arrival after 10am is deemed late. (late returns @ $50 / half hour)

• No pets, firearms, axes, chain saws, loose fuel, trail bikes or alike permitted aboard

• Full Licensed instructions to be given on the operation and driving of the craft

• Booking Deposit: $300 payable within 7 days of reservation to confirm booking

• Balance of hire charge: to be paid a minimum of 8 weeks prior to departure date

• Security Bond: $600 cash payable at time of departure

• Fuel is the hirers expense, craft are full on departure and are refuelled on return

• Security bond will be returned - less petrol  and phone costs if craft is returned on time and in a good clean condition, then it will be reimbursed at end of trip, except when damage or loss of items have happened on your trip, then the security bond will be kept until damage or loss have been assessed.  The difference will be returned, or if more money is owed than the security bond paid by the person booking, that person will be responsible for that debt.   Damaged or lost items must be paid at replacement cost.

• Craft Condition: We agree to have the craft in good working order but will not be obliged to compensate the hirers for any loss of time or misfortune due to mechanical failure

• Navigation using the River Pilot - Unnecessary call outs to be charged

• In the event of cancellation the owners reserve the right not to refund subject to the hire period being rebooked
